Immunisations

The Immunisations heading in the Patient Summary screen displays vaccination information.

Select the Immunisations > header to display the full vaccination history.

The Immunisations view can also be accessed from the Navigation menu.

The view can also be filtered. See - Filtering the Record.

1. Open a patient record. See - Selecting and Downloading Patients.
2. Open an Encounter. See - Encounters.
3. Enter the keyword in the dynamic data entry bar.
   You can enter 'inf vac' to trigger Influenza vaccinations.
4. Select the vaccination.
   The data entry form displays.
5. Enter Immunisation type.
   If there is more than one option start typing to trigger the pick list.
   

   
   

6. Enter batch number, and any notes.
7. Select Save.
   Vaccination saves into the Encounter.
